1130 NewsRadio is a proud partner of Italian Day on The Drive.  This event is Vancouver’s largest cultural street festival and it returns to Commercial Drive on Sunday, June 8, 2025.   The lively 14-block festa is along Commercial Drive from Venables Street to Grandview Highway.

Drop Zone is an adrenaline-pumping fundraising challenge in support of people with disabilities. This is a thrilling opportunity for people of all fitness levels and abilities, truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
